When companies plan big things, take new steps or make major organizational changes, this often leads to emergencies in HR management. Vacancies at the top of HR also require constructive solutions. The existing management then takes on even more responsibility. But even the most efficient management does not have an infinite amount of time and capacity.
It is therefore advisable to add an interim manager to the level of decision-makers in such situations. That is a good choice. As an interim manager, I bring with me a wealth of experience from a wide variety of companies, provide impetus from my work as a consultant and, in addition to loyalty, also retain a certain independence that the role of interim manager offers me in terms of design.
I am prepared to take responsibility for decisions and thus quickly secure healthy leadership skills in personnel management. As an interim manager, I am available to your company for defined periods of time, for example when other decision-makers are unavailable or when special projects with a high workload are pending and your people & culture team would like helpful support. In this role, I become part of your company, your culture and your goals.
From day one in my role as interim manager in the Human Resources team, I am a fully responsible manager for you. Whether a restructuring, a reorganization or simply supportive in day-to-day business is important for a certain period of time, whether a leading employee cannot be replaced quickly enough or is absent for personal reasons - in these phases you need someone who can tackle the diverse tasks at hand confidently and decisively.
