I am an HR manager with head, heart and hand. I am passionate about people & culture work and developing people in companies. I am enthusiastic about supporting careers in such a way that people feel a lot of fun and satisfaction on their professional path - these are goals that have driven me in my work as an international HR manager and executive for many years. I would like to work with you to find out what you need and how you can achieve your goals in a very practical way.

What is important to me is a life that combines the fulfillment of work, responsibility and family. I live with great enthusiasm in Hamburg-Sankt Pauli, where I like to go footballing with my two sons not far from the cult soccer stadium. With my wife, I lead a fulfilling and very cooperative life in which both of us are constantly developing our careers. And I enjoy traveling to my clients, where I experience how valuable my contribution is to long-term business success.

After studying politics and economics, I was further educated at an international management consultancy to become a personnel & organizational developer. After more than 20 years as an employed Head of HR & Head of HR development in a wide range of companies and industries, I have been working independently as a consultant and interim manager since 2018. Since then, my focus has been implementing a suitable strategy in corporate practice.

I am fluent in German and English language. I really enjoy using this expertise in companies that want sincere advice - and contributing to your company's success as a enabler and coach.
